Job Description

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to support a customer mission within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a highly secure environment. This role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy and usability across multiple SharePoint channels for our customer.

This position will support operations at a customer site located in Arlington, VA. You will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
  • Manage and curate content within various SharePoint channels to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support the development and organization of document repositories, pages, and site structures.
  • Assist users with basic SharePoint navigation and content-related requests.
  • Ensure proper tagging, metadata usage, and version control across uploaded documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve content workflows and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all security protocols and handling procedures within the SCIF environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
  • Basic understanding of content lifecycle management or knowledge management principles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
