SharePoint Systems Engineer

Are you ready to grow as an SharePoint Systems Engineer? Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. Your team reliably delivers next generation enterprise services for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. You will be integrating SharePoint services with load balancing systems, enhancing existing technologies, and building a roadmap for our customer's future shared infrastructure.You’ll develop process scripting and application health monitoring automation to make your systems robust and reliable across the global enterprise.

What you’ll be doing

• Engineer, design, implement, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex system solutions deployed in our enterprise environment including: Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints and Directory Services
• Scope, define, architect, and deploy on/off premise SharePoint services
• Guide system development and implementation planning from assessment through system integration and test planning
• Develop high-level SharePoint and standalone software applications using coding in back-end programming languages
• Develop and maintain SharePoint systems administration tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python
• Validate and execute system maintenance, upgrades, and scalable solutions for security, backup, and redundancy
• Provide analysis and root cause resolution of system infrastructure problems and outages
• Analyze customer functional requirements to develop system specifications and implement solutions
• Participate in research and development of innovative new technologies to continuously improve the IT business needs of the organization
• Create and maintain network and system architecture diagrams and documentation
• Attending weekly meetings and providing status reports

What you’ll need to have

• 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
• TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
• High School+14 years; Bachelor’s+10; Master’s+8
• Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise technical infrastructure and cloud services; superior, service-oriented approach to IT Operations
• Experience with SharePoint associated products, i.e. Designer, Visio, Infopath, VisualStudio, PowerShell etc)
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, including custom scripting and integrations
• Experience in backend programming languages (i.e. Python, JavaScript, Java, Perl, Ruby, C++, etc.)
• Experience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
• Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
• Experience with federal ATO and Project Management processes
• Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
