Shear Shop Technician

We are seeking a Shear Shop Technician for a temp-to-hire, early-morning shift role in Oceanside, CA, paying $19.50-$22.00 per hour. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stability, overtime opportunities, and potential for permanent hire.

Schedule (Early Morning / First Shift)

• Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Friday: 4:30 AM-1:00 PM
• Overtime as needed
• On-site, 5 days/week

Duties:

• Machine operation, shear machine, metal fabrication
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment
• Quality control, inspections, and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment

Position Requirements:

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
• Experience with CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Ability to work an early morning / first shift and perform physical labor

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.50 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
