Position Summary:

We’re hiring individuals who want more than a job — they want a real career. As an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Fabricator, you’ll be trained from the ground up in how to cut, form, and assemble custom metal parts. No prior experience? No problem! We’ll teach you what we know — as long as you bring the work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Understand shop drawings and blueprints
  

• Use hand tools and fabrication machines safely and effectively
  

• Cut, bend, and shape metal to exact dimensions
  

• Assemble and inspect parts for quality
  

• Work in a fast-paced team environment
  

• Develop the mindset of a skilled trades professional

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.

The role requires the ability to:

• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
  

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
  

• Use hand and power tools with precision and control
  

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  

• Work safely in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  

• Occasionally work in awkward positions or confined spaces as needed
