We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Sheetmetal Grinder to join our team on our busy 1st shift. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with metal, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do: As a Sheetmetal Grinder, you will be responsible for finishing various sheet metal components to high quality standards. Your daily tasks will include:

What You'll Do: As a Sheetmetal Grinder, you will be responsible for finishing various sheet metal components to high quality standards. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating various grinding tools (handheld and stationary) to smooth, deburr, and finish sheet metal parts.
- Removing excess material, weld spatter, and sharp edges from fabricated metal products.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Floating between machine op and finishing operations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
- Demonstrated experience in grinding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently.
- Must own and wear steel-toed shoes for safety.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Competitive starting pay of $18 - $22 per hour.
