We are hiring a fabrication machine operator for our night shift. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment and you want a consistent schedule, good pay, and a stable employer, keep reading.

The schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Occasional Friday overtime. 

What you'll do:

• Set up, operate, and program CNC sheet metal equipment including Press Brake, Punch Press, Turret Press, and Laser machines
• Cross-train across multiple machines over time, building a broader skill set with each one
• Hold tight tolerances and take ownership of the quality of your work
• Identify problems early and flag them before they become bigger issues on the line

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines. You should be able to demonstrate that proficiency.
• Reliability. Showing up on schedule matters here and we recognize the people who do it consistently.
• A practical mindset toward quality and improvement. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it.
• Must be able to read work instructions, fill out basic paperwork, and talk with your supervisor in English.
