Shift Lead

This position requires you to be at least 18 years of age.

At Culver's, our mission has always been simple: every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

We're hiring a shift lead who will bring that mission to life on the floor, someone who

makes sure every guest who walks through the door has a great experience, and

who gets the whole team just as locked in on that as you are.

Alongside that, you'll help keep the shift running smoothly, things like breaks, labor, and food quality, but that's supporting the mission, not the main event. What matters most is how you lead people and how you make guests feel.

We want someone outgoing, self-motivated, and hungry for more. This role is a starting point, not a ceiling. If you're looking to grow into bigger leadership down the line, this is where that begins.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.
