Shift Leaders earn up to $16/$17 per hour after training with tip sharing and may transfer to stores in Symmes, Blue Ash, Mason, and Milford.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and train Associates to uphold Donatos’ high-quality standards
• Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the restaurant
• Engage enthusiastically with customers and promptly resolve concerns
• Manage food, labor, and operational costs effectively
• Model and enforce performance and safety standards for the team
• Maintain reliable transportation to locations in NE Cincinnati between Kenwood and Kings Island, or Milford between Montgomery and Eastgate. We are not on a scheduled everyday bus line.
• Must be at least 18.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for various shifts including weekends, holidays, days, nights, and overtime
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Reliable transportation every shift
