You'll gain hands-on leadership experience while running shifts, developing team members, and helping your restaurant succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily shifts and keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage staffing, labor, and team productivity.
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Handle cash, prepare deposits, and complete closing procedures.
• Train and coach team members while holding the team accountable.
• Communicate staffing needs and operational issues to the GM.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Restaurant experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with cash handling and closing procedures.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $16–$18/hour base pay, based on experience.
• Shared credit card tips averaging approximately $2/hour.
• Potential $500 year-end profitability bonus for eligible Shift Leaders.
• 401(k) with up to 3% employer match after one year, subject to plan terms.
• Training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into restaurant management.

Tips and bonuses are variable, not guaranteed, and subject to applicable program requirements.
