Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Shift Options: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Weekend (Shifts available 4:15 AM – 9:30 PM)

COMPENSATION & LEADERSHIP PERKS

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an amazing leader? We want you! Help us launch and lead the team at a brand-new Scooter’s Coffee opening early December 2026 in West Jordan!

We are looking for dependable, high-energy leaders to set the pace, direct shifts, and coach our new team of baristas. If you bring leadership, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic, we’ll teach you the coffee business!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Direct & Coach: Serve as Manager on Duty, running smooth shifts, deploying baristas, and coaching new hires to build team confidence.
• Lead by Example: Craft top-tier, recipe-perfect drinks while driving speed-of-service in our high-volume drive-thru.
• Operations & Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, process voids/refunds, and execute proper opening and closing procedures.
• Spark Joy & Maintain Standards: Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep the workspace sparkling clean during shift lulls.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Leadership & Coaching: Ability to direct workflow, answer crew questions, and motivate a new team under pressure.
• High Energy & Cool Head: Positivity, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills during busy rush hours.
• Dependability & Ownership: Punctual, reliable, and accountable for shift success. (Prior food service, retail, or coffee leadership experience is a major plus!)

STORE HOURS & AVAILABILITY

We need shift leads who can cover various operational hours:

• Mon – Sat: 4:15 AM – 9:30 PM
• Sun: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
