Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members during assigned shifts to ensure excellent performance
- Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and paperwork
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support a positive dining experience
- Train new team members on food handling, service, and operational procedures
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to lead by example in a lively restaurant environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and keep the shift running smoothly under pressure
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift as required
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet minimum age requirements
