Shift Leader

Culver's of Oostburg is looking for Leaders! Our current greatest need is leaders who are comfortable in the kitchen, especially on closing shifts. Kitchen experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service
• Serve as a role model for positivity, teamwork, and integrity
• Coach and support team members to help them grow and succeed
• Maintain food safety and operational standards
• Help coordinate team members across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen operations
