About the Role:
Nekter Juice Bar in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an energetic and passionate Shift Leader to join our team! If you love healthy living, inspiring others, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your leadership career in a vibrant, health-focused environment.



Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and cleanse products to brand standards
• Train and coach crew members on recipes, procedures, and customer service best practices
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and communicate supply needs to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Open and/or close the store following established protocols and checklists

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food & beverage, quick-service, or retail environment preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and clean eating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
