What you'll do
- Lead shifts from the floor — direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
- Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
- Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
- Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
- Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving

What we're looking for
- Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
- Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
- Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
- 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
