What You'll Do
As a Shift/Team Leader, you will:
- Lead with enthusiasm and positivity through busy rushes
- Create warm, welcoming experiences for every guest
- Support, encourage, and coach team members
- Maintain operational excellence and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Oversee shift responsibilities including cash accountability & labor awareness
- Help open or close the restaurant as needed
- Serve with heart — always putting people first

Requirements
- 6 months leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- 1 year customer service experience
- Flexible availability (day, evening & Saturday shifts)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through busy moments with confidence and positivity
Prior shift lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred but not required.
