As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in executing daily operations and ensuring operational excellence. Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Participate in and provide leadership in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ensure tasks assigned to Team Members are completed
- Assist store leadership with employee development
- Provide immediate and courteous assistance to guest requests and needs
- Assist in the training of new hires and act as a role model for our team
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Cash handling and deposits
- Monitor business and guest feedback metrics and make appropriate changes on shift to ensure they meet organizational goals
- Oversee opening and/or closing responsibilities if applicable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 18+ years of age upon hire date
- Eligible to perform work in the United States
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Respectful toward all guests and employees
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to confront behavioral and performance issues
- Strong shift awareness and decision-making skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Reliable source of transportation
