Pay: $32.78 - $38.09/ hour

*Pay rate is dependent upon prior experience and interview results

 

**Double time on Sundays** It's a 2-2-3 rotation, so you work every other Sunday. You have one short week and one long week. The short week you work 36 hours and get paid for 36 hours, the long week you work 48 hours and essentially get 60 hours of pay at your straight rate because of the double time.

 

Responsibilities:

Your Role:

As a Shift Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for monitoring the condition of all plant equipment and other facilities and correcting various mechanical problems to keep us on track for our operation plans. Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.

 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Execute preventative maintenance as well as breakdown repairs.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to service and repair equipment.
• Train and assist production as needed for set-ups, adjustments, and basic repairs on equipment.
• Perform minor electrical work as needed with proper training – for example: unwire and rewire direct replacement parts, such as valves, photo eyes, small motors, etc.

Requirements:

We need you to have:

• Mechanical degree or certificate.
• Advanced skills in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting.

Icing on the cake:

• Previous experience in maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
