Shift Manager $17-$20 per hour

What Youll Do Lead and motivate team members throughout the shift Assign positions and keep the restaurant organized during busy periods Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service Coach and develop employees Monitor labor, food cost, and operational procedures Handle cash and follow proper cash control procedures

What Were Looking For Postive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to stay organized, thrive, and make decisions in a fast pace environment Strong communication skills Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred but we are willing to develop the right person
