Job Summary
Scarlet Knife is seeking an experienced Front of House Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. Nights, weekends and holidays required.  Full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week.)

$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities: 

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Closing duties, including checking out employees, end of day reports and securing the building

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous fine dining or upscale food service experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and Toast POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Wine and Beverage experience
