This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and play a key role in developing team members while maintaining operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead by example and uphold company standards
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during each shift
• Assist with training and development of new employees
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture
• Help resolve employee concerns and support the management team

Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations throughout the shift
• Support both Front of House and Back of House as needed
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and team members
• Ensure order accuracy and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
