Job Requirements

The pay for this position is starting at $16.50/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift Managers are trained to perform all of the duties required by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, food safety, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
