H-011093-2026Shift SupervisorUnited States - California - Fort Hunter Liggett Regular Part Time As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Associates who strive to exceed customer expectations by focusing on extraordinary customer experiences. You are responsible for understanding sales goals, planning and executing daily/weekly workloads to deliver on department and store sales goals as well as customer engagement. You will create schedules that aligns with customer and business needs and lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management on critical service and engagement behaviors.  You will quickly respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences and ensure that your team understands and is empowered to make things right for the best customers in the world.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred

This is a Regular Part Time (RPT) position with a projected maximum of 34 hours per week.

The following is the requested availability for a two week Pay Period (PP):

Saturday (Start PP) 8:30am - 5pm

Sunday 8:30am - 2:30pm

Monday OFF

Tuesday OFF

Wednesday 7am - 3:30pm

Thursday 7am - 1pm

Friday 7am - 1pm

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

Monday 10am - 6:30pm

Tuesday 12pm - 6:30pm

Wednesday 10am - 6:30pm

Thursday 12pm - 6:30pm

Friday (End PP) 12pm - 6:30pm
