Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Oversees daily operations during assigned shifts at Burger King, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient service, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Job Responsibilities* Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts* Ensure all Burger King operational standards are met, including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.* Handle cash management accurately, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling discrepancies.* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.* Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.* Assist in preparing food and serving customers when needed.* Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.Job Qualifications* Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Proficient in basic math and cash handling procedures.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.* Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire, as required by local regulations.
