Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience. This role involves leading a team, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.Job Responsibilities:* Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.* Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards, including food safety, quality control, and cleanliness.* Manage cash handling procedures, including register reconciliation and bank deposits.* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.* Prepare food items according to Burger King specifications.* Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures.* Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Job Qualifications:* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Excellent customer service skills.* Basic math and computer proficiency.* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
