COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8PM–5PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipper to support accurate and timely packaging, shipping, and inventory operations in a pharmacy-related environment. This role is responsible for preparing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating outgoing shipments while following safety and quality standards. Success requires strong teamwork, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

KEY DUTIES

• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products and medications for shipment according to established specifications and quality standards.

• Receive incoming deliveries, verify shipments, and organize products in designated inventory locations.

• Coordinate shipping schedules, track outgoing orders, and communicate with delivery carriers to ensure timely distribution.

• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and delivery records using basic computer systems.

• Work with team members to resolve shipping issues, improve order fulfillment, and maintain compliance with handling and safety procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, packaging, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.

• Basic computer proficiency, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform heavy lifting.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Shipping and packaging equipment, labeling systems, and inventory tracking tools.

• Warehouse and pharmacy-related shipping environment requiring accurate handling and packaging of medications.

• Physical work involving heavy lifting, handling packages, and organizing inventory.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, medication fulfillment, or HIPAA compliance.

• Experience coordinating shipments with delivery carriers and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
