Shipper/Receiver

Are you an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with both incoming and outgoing materials while playing a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.

Location: Tyngsborough, MA

Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $22-$26 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify packing slips against purchase orders
• Accurately process and document inventory transactions
• Prepare, package, and document outbound shipments
• Coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Forklift experience required
• Experience receiving materials and verifying packing slips and purchase orders
• Experience preparing, packaging, and documenting outbound shipments
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments is a plus (training available)
• Basic computer skills required
• ERP or inventory transaction experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable work ethic and reliable attendance
