Shipper / Shipping Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper with experience using UPS, FedEx, and ERP shipping systems. This is a hands-on position responsible for packaging, shipping, inventory updates, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM Start | 4:30 PM End

Responsibilities

• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software
• Select the most effective shipping method for outgoing orders
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments accurately
• Build and wrap pallets for shipment
• Enter shipping and tracking information into the ERP system
• Pick orders and prepare Bills of Lading
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks
• Unload incoming shipments and containers
• Resolve shipping issues with carriers and customers
• Assist in other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience using UPS, FedEx, and ERP shipping systems
• SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond assigned responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
