Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and material-handling operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and stage materials for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Move and organize materials within designated storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and recordkeeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience preferred; training may be provided.

Work Environment
This position operates in an industrial warehouse or manufacturing environment and requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the workday. Appropriate safety procedures and protective equipment must be followed.

Monday - Friday 11:00am-7:00pm 
Potential for OT each day including weekends
