Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Nov 16, 2026 - Feb 15, 2027
Job Type: 100% On-site
Schedule: First Shift - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Pay rate: $18/-hr to $19/-hr on W2.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and distribute incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship products and materials.
• Verify shipments and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Order and maintain supplies and stockroom inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain related documentation.
• Follow company procedures for purchasing, inventory, payments, and confidential information.
• Provide professional service to customers, employees, and vendors. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math, recordkeeping, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and related business systems.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift or move materials up to 30 pounds.
