Positions

1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Specialist

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $19-$24/hour
• Climate-controlled environment

Shipping, Receiving & Forklift Operator

• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Day/Night Shift
• Starting at $18.50/hour
• Overtime available
• Potential for full-time hire based on attendance and performance
• Pay may be negotiable based on experience and skills

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience
• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience
• Forklift experience (minimum 5 years preferred for forklift-focused role)
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and containers
• RF Scanner experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare outgoing shipments, labels, and documentation
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Scan inventory using RF/RFID scanners
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas organized and clean
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams
