• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Day Shift
• Starting at $18.50/hour
• Overtime opportunities available
• Pay may be negotiated for candidates who demonstrate strong skills and experience
• Opportunity for full-time employment based on attendance, performance, and reliability

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 lbs.
• Load and unload trailers and shipping containers
• Scan inventory and track materials using RFID scanners
• Operate stretch wrap machinery
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare work areas for incoming shifts
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Follow directions and safety procedures at all times
• Support other departments as business needs require

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• At least 5 years of forklift experience
• Ability to safely demonstrate forklift operation during the interview process
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A self-motivated attitude with minimal supervision
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to safety and company policies
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
