Position Overview
Bekuf is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining shipping documentation, and updating inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect packages and products for visible damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by checking orders, applying labels, and organizing packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Enter shipment and inventory information into company systems.
- Organize shipping documents, delivery receipts, and related paperwork.
- Help maintain an orderly and safe shipping and receiving area.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read shipping labels, order documents, and basic instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with the position's physical requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
