Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations and administrative tasks. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience who can learn quickly, stay organized, and accurately manage shipping and inventory documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily shipping and receiving activities
  • Receive, verify, and document incoming and outgoing materials
  • Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate
  • Use Excel for tracking, auditing, and maintaining records
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical folders/documentation
  • Enter and verify information within an ERP system
  • Assist with general warehouse and administrative responsibilities
  • Help maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Operate a forklift as needed after completing company certification
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in documentation or inventory
  • Work independently and get up to speed quickly on established processes

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or similar experience
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for basic tracking and auditing
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • ERP system experience preferred, but not required
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but company certification will be provided
  • Ability to balance hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative work
  • Dependable and able to learn new processes quickly
