Shipping Associate – Tech Department - Stow, OH
Inova’s Tech Center tests, refurbishes, and prepares electronics for their next use. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-focused Shipping Associate to help ensure technology products are accurately prepared, packed, and shipped. This is a fast-paced position where careful handling, organization, and consistent attention to detail are essential.
Compensation & Hours:Pay: $17.50 per hourSchedule: 

• 7am-3:30pm
• Monday–Friday plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare tested and refurbished electronics for shipment according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Verify product types, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Package and protect a variety of devices and components, such as computers, laptops, smartphones, speakers, and other consumer electronics.
• Keep shipments organized and maintain an orderly, safe work area.
• Coordinate with Tech Center, inventory, and warehouse team members to support timely order processing.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining accuracy and professional handling.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or packaging and labeling concerns promptly.
• Follow company procedures for handling electronics and preparing items for shipment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is helpful, but not required.
• Able to stand, move, and handle packages throughout the workday; lift items as required.
