We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely shipments, maintain communication with carriers and internal teams, and help drive customer satisfaction through efficient logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
Ensure orders are properly staged and ready for shipment.
Verify shipment accuracy against customer requirements and routing guides.
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain effective communication with customer service, warehouse operations, and transportation providers.
Monitor shipment status and provide updates as needed.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required.
3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
