Location: Memphis, TN | Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Employment Type: Contract with potential for contract-to-hire

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Memphis, TN. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

The Logistics Coordinator will support day-to-day shipment and order activity while communicating with customers and carriers to help ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create orders and activate shipments within internal systems

• Build and assign loads and schedule shipment appointments

• Track and trace shipments and provide shipment status updates

• Enter shipment events and support invoicing activities

• Monitor assigned task boards and email accounts and respond to customer and carrier requests

• Follow established standard operating procedures and escalation processes

• Document shipment events accurately and maintain up-to-date system information

• Follow through on customer and carrier requests to help ensure timely resolution

• Validate load information and ensure data is entered accurately

• Escalate questions, issues, or requests when appropriate

• Perform additional duties based on business and team needs

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Previous customer service experience within a call center or similar high-volume environment

• Previous experience requiring strong time management, prioritization, and data accuracy

• Logistics, transportation, shipment tracking, order processing, or related experience is a plus

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
