-Pick, pack and prepare parts and products, rejections, and RMAs for shipment, as well as prepare and ship office documents
-Use shipping software including UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager & DHL Easy Ship
-Handle the preparation of shipping documents like bills of lading and others
-Understand and oversee international shipping regulations
-Compare rates for LTL and air shipments
-Prepare LTL or express freight bills and customer labels for LTL shipments
-Prepare invoices and international documents for shipments
-Post or issue all inventory parts shipments
-Assist in all other warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, unloading, putting away parts, picking and issuing parts, and cycle counting
Required Skills & Experience
-High School Diploma or GED
-Experience in a shipping role for a manufacturing company
-Experience with an ERP or WMS required; Visual ERP strongly preferred
-Experience in UPS Worldship, FedEx ShipManager and DHL Plus
-Experience operating forklifts and similar equipment including sit down, high reach and scissor lifts
-Must be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience in MS Office
-Certified to prepare and ship dangerous goods preferred
