Position: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Trainee

Location: Rialto, CA

Pay: $17.65–$17.75 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Move, organize, and stage pallets for shipping.
  
• 
  Pick and prepare warehouse orders for shipment.
  
• 
  Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
  
• 
  Use RF scanners to track products and inventory.
  
• 
  Operate reach trucks or dock stockers once trained and authorized.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience preferred.
  
• 
  Forklift experience is a plus.
  
• 
  Willingness to learn how to operate warehouse equipment.
  
• 
  Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
