Shipping Material Handler

Pay: $22 - $28/hour

Location: Everett, WA

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a dependable Shipping Material Handler to support shipping, inventory, and material movement operations at our expanding Everett facility. If you have forklift experience, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and take pride in keeping products moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
• Verify shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
• Move materials throughout the production and warehouse areas
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment
• Ensure products are packaged according to company standards
• Support production teams with material flow and warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift operating experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial environments
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory control experience
• Experience using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment

This position operates in an industrial manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and other shop conditions. PPE is provided as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
