Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Assembly Associate to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for shipping and packaging finished products while also assisting with light assembly work as needed. The ideal candidate has previous shipping or warehouse experience and is willing to learn assembly processes through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation before shipment.
• Operate shipping systems and prepare labels as required.
• Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist with inventory organization and material movement throughout the facility.
• Support the production team by performing assembly tasks as needed (training provided).
• Use basic hand and power tools to assemble products or components.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience required.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn assembly processes through on-the-job training.
• Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• May work in varying temperatures depending on the work area.
• Overtime may be required based on production and shipping schedules.
