Shipping Processor

The Shipping Processor is responsible for processing customer orders and preparing all required shipping documentation to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant shipments. This role supports high-volume operations and serves as a key link between warehouse, transportation, and customer requirements.

*NOTE: This role is focused on order processing, documentation, and customer compliance, supporting shipment execution rather than physical material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders for shipment in internal systems
• Generate shipping documents (Packing Slips, BOLs, ASNs)
• Ensure compliance with customer routing and labeling requirements
• Verify order accuracy (POs, quantities, shipment details)
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to support on-time pickups
• Communicate and help resolve shipment issues or delays
• High order accuracy with minimal errors
• On-time and compliant shipments

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong coordination across teams
• Ability to perform effectively in high-volume shipping environments
