Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for a temp-to-hire warehouse opportunity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities, item descriptions, and order information for accuracy.
Use computers and handheld scan guns to process orders, scan products, and track materials throughout shipping and receiving operations.
Package products securely according to established shipping requirements and customer specifications.
Prepare outgoing shipments by applying accurate shipping labels and verifying order information.
Perform quality checks to ensure orders contain the correct items and quantities before shipment.
Identify and report damaged products, incorrect quantities, labeling errors, or other shipping discrepancies.
Maintain organized inventory and shipping areas to support efficient warehouse operations.
Work closely with team members to complete daily shipping and receiving responsibilities accurately and on schedule.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform additional warehouse, packaging, and shipping responsibilities as assigned.
Shipping & Order Processing
Candidates will assist with preparing outgoing customer orders for shipment.
Responsibilities include verifying products, processing order information, packaging materials, applying shipping labels, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
Strong attention to detail is essential to prevent incorrect shipments and maintain customer satisfaction.
Receiving & Inventory Verification
Receive incoming products and verify shipments against applicable order information.
Candidates must be able to identify incorrect quantities, damaged items, or discrepancies and communicate concerns promptly.

Computer Systems & Handheld Scanners
