Shipping & Receiving Associate – 3rd Shift

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Pay: Temp-to-hire- $17.00
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Flexibility to work other shifts and overtime may be required.

Nesco Resource is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing client! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping products moving accurately and on time, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.

• Pull customer orders, pack products, and prepare shipments.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including LTL freight and FedEx.

• Monitor inventory, restock materials, and record liquid material quantities.

• Inspect returned products for damage and restock appropriate items.

• Operate forklifts, power tools, and other equipment as assigned.

• Monitor shipping supplies and order replacements as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow all safety procedures.

• Support other shipping team members and assist with general warehouse duties.
  Must be able to lift to 45lb
  Weather conditions vary- warm in summer, cold in winter.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to read product labels, specifications, and work instructions.

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, machinery, and tools.

• Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help the team.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift, maneuver, and/or pivot materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Stand and walk for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling tasks.

• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow safe material-handling practices.
  Load and unload large trucks.
