Job Description
PrideStaff is looking for qualified Shipping and Receiving Clerks for a storage warehouse in Modesto, CA.
Responsibilities Include the Following: - Prepare and print bills of lading (BOL), work orders, commercial invoices, and shipping labels for outbound freight
- Update inventory management systems (WMS) or enterprise software with real-time data on stock movements, weights, and counts
- Keep organized digital and physical files of packing slips, purchase orders (POs), delivery receipts, and inspection reports for auditing and accounting
- Calculate shipping costs, storage charges, weight distributions, or demmurage fees using computer pricing tools or carrier rate sheets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Must have recent, relevant work experience within the past year
- Proficient in using computers, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and retain information
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule: M-F from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Must be able to work OT)
Pay Range varies depending on experience: $18/HR - $19/HR
