NOW HIRING: SHIPPING & RECEIVING COORDINATOR
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a dependable professional to help keep materials moving efficiently while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and quality standards.
Location: Montebello, CA
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive incoming raw materials, customer-owned materials, and vendor shipments
- Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and customer documentation
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
- Maintain heat numbers, certifications, and material traceability records
- Label and stage materials for production
- Report damaged or incorrect shipments
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify quantities, packaging, dimensions, and shipping documentation
- Ensure certifications and inspection reports accompany orders
- Package materials to prevent transportation damage
- Maintain accurate shipping records
- Maintain inventory locations and identification systems
- Move materials safely throughout the facility
- Assist production with material staging and transfers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of Shipping & Receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Experience reading packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
