Pay rate: $22.00-23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM plus OT opportunities

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are properly prepared and processed for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records
• Count, weigh, and measure incoming and outgoing items as needed
• Prepare, package, label, and secure products for shipment
• Determine appropriate shipping methods based on procedures, routes, and rates
• Inspect incoming shipments and document damaged or missing items
• Route received materials to the appropriate departments
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet required specifications
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Update inventory and shipping records
• Assist with customer requests and shipping-related concerns
• Operate a forklift or hand truck as needed
• Assist with returned or damaged goods

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Technical degree or equivalent experience will be considered

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with standing, sitting, bending, and stooping throughout the workday and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
