Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on, Inc. is looking for a candidate to operate a forklift and respond quickly in a fast paced Industrial production environment. This candidate must be able to pull orders, load trucks and stage. We manufacture heavy steel industrial automotive lifts. Must be able to operate in a safe and efficient manner and maintain a safe work environment at all times. Starts out at $20.19/hr and attendance incentive. Hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Load trucks and unload trucks.
Stage trucks.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner all day, every day in a fast paced industrial production environment.
Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment all day, every day.
Ability to work with heavy steel industrial equipment.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Warehouse experience
Great attendance record
Must wear steel toes shoes
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter
Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
Must be able to work as a team player
Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable).
