Job Title: Shipping Associate
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
Work Location: Roseville, MN 55113

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring products are accurately stored and orders are prepared and shipped efficiently to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product is accurately stored in the warehouse
• Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to established processes
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems
• Process orders using the ERP system

Additional Duties:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
• Complete daily preparations for the following day's shipping activities
• Support all divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management, in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

Dress Code Policy:

• Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times
• Long pants must be worn at all times; shorts are not permitted
• Pants must be worn at waist level, with undergarments not visible
• Hats of any type are prohibited
• Hooded sweatshirts are permitted; however, hoods must remain down at all times
• Tank tops and cutoff shirts are prohibited
• Shirts displaying slogans, pictures, words, or images that could be considered offensive are prohibited
• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor
