This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a team that keeps products moving.Full-time, day-shift scheduleOvertime opportunities availableComprehensive benefits packageTeam-focused manufacturing environmentImportant role in shipping accuracy, product protection, and customer satisfactionWhat You'll Do· Load windows onto trucks safely, accurately, and efficiently· Scan and verify products to ensure complete and correct shipments· Follow shipping paperwork and loading instructions· Inspect trailers before loading and help secure products for transit· Report damaged products immediately to the Supervisor or Lead· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping areaWhat We're Looking For· Dependable team player with strong attention to detail· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions· Basic math, reading, inspection, and communication skills· Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment· Able to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift/move up to 65 pounds· High school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing/warehouse experience preferredReady to build your future with us?
