Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and quality service
Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues
Provide guidance and support to junior technicians
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in automotive repair
Prior experience in a leadership role
ASE certification preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a passion for customer service
